Cancellation & Refund Policy

Hotel365 believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore adopted a liberal cancellation policy. This policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are handled.
1. Order Cancellations
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of fulfillment or shipping.
2. Non-Cancellable Items
HOTEL CITY PRIDE does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers, eatables, etc. However, a refund or replacement may be provided if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not satisfactory.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our Customer Service Team within 30 days of receiving the product. The request will be entertained once the merchant has checked and confirmed the issue from their end.
4. Product Not as Described
If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the website or not as per your expectations, you must notify our Customer Service within 30 days of receiving the product. The team will review your complaint and take an appropriate decision regarding refund or replacement.
5. Manufacturer Warranty
For complaints regarding products that come with a manufacturer warranty, customers are advised to contact the manufacturer directly. HOTEL CITY PRIDE will assist where possible but is not responsible for warranty-related issues.
6. Refund Process
In cases where a refund is approved by HOTEL CITY PRIDE, the refund will be processed within 9–15 business days to the original payment method used by the customer. The time taken for the refund to reflect may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
